"Once upon a time… this was a beautiful mid century hotel. Reaching out over the water, it is spacious and a lovely example of mid century architecture. Unfortunately it has been left to decline and is no longer the prince it once was. The carpets are old and dirty as are the room fittings. The lift is ‘out of order’ and there is mould in the wet areas.
If stakeholders could see their way clear and restore it, it could once again be a treasure.
