Another great stay at Teetotum, always enjoyable

The team at the Mx'axanab were fantastic and made our stay in mid November 2024 (10 days) very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, is modern in design but with a nod to Mayan culture, and feel like a high end experience. The food and drinks were good quality and reasonable priced when compared to the very high prices on the main restaurant strip. Sunbeds were always available, the beach was immaculate and it was always enjoyable walking on the beach in either direction. The hotel was...

Excellent! Helpful and cooperative stuff, very clean and great amenities.

There were issues. Well it is 2022, staff is a challenging issue. But management aware, and knows to be accountant about un trained staff. (Well... the owner was...

Great hotel. Service and food are outstanding. My only complaint might be that my booked "junior suite with ocean view" technically had ocean view if you count a tiny sliver of blue on the horizon. It's also very professionally las Vegas style American which may be a pro or con depending on what you looking for. So all in all amazing hotel. Just don't sell somethibg as ocean view if you...

Excellent and relaxing break. Thank you. David was particularly helpful. We loved the staff, the lagoon, the cenotes, the food, the colectivos and the Akumel beach.

A great hotel with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The pool area, overall decor and the room were really impressive!
