" We had an amazing stay at this resort in Mexico! The staff were incredible and truly made our experience special from start to finish. There were so many activities to choose from, and our kids had the best time interacting with the monkeys, coatis, and iguanas that freely walk around the resort — such a unique and fun experience for the whole family. The buffet was excellent and nothing like a typical resort buffet. The very first night, they were grilling fresh lobster right at the buffet, which was amazing. There were so many stations to choose from — cooked seafood, sushi, poke bowls, chicken, beef — pretty much anything you could want, they had it! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we loved the Michael Jackson tribute show — it was awesome! We made such great memories here as a family and would absolutely come back. If you’re considering staying here, I definitely recommend it!"

"From Roberto at the front desk when I first arrived made sure I would be able to enjoy my stay. My room was always clean and some special touches. The Grand Palladium catered to all guests, young and old. The beaches were kept amazingly clean. The food was great, the a la carte restaurants were easy to book and had great food. Any issues that came up were dealt with in a professional manner. "

"I spent my time in the beautiful Caribbean Sea at the adult only area. There were plenty of lounge chairs and close enough to the poolside bar. In conversation with another fellow traveler, he mentioned the buffet at Siam Kaan, which was just amazing. The area is also adult only, the buffet is smaller, but the selection was superb."

From the moment we entered the lovely grounds and were greeted by friendly staff, who in minutes had us from tired travelers, to feeling refreshed and excited to be there. Our event coordinator, Laura Flores went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and effortless. Our stay at Unico was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable vacations of recent memory. There was thought and effort put into a million little touches that made the complete package a wonderful experience. We're already planning our next visit."
