"Stayed just one night for a cruise. I found the Hotel and room were very clean. Room was nice size, bathroom a little small but again clean and overall well appointed. Staff were generally nice but not super welcoming. Upon attempting check in was advised room was not ready (check in was 3pm and my arrival was 130pm) but then was told if I become a member of the hotel group (free to enroll) then the room would be available immediately. Really?? Clearly they need to find a more customer friendly and approachable way to get enrollment without lies to the customer. So I enrolled to get my room and now I’m flooded with junk emails. We Paid for the breakfast which was basic economy hotel fare but everything was fresh and often replenished (eggs, breakfast meats, bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit) and decent coffee. Location was central for access to most downtown spots and Granville Busy area and a little sketchy at night (like the rear alley which was loaded with some residency challenged folks) but found some nice restaurants in walking distance. Great hotel for a quick visit"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vancouver! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to enjoy Vancouver. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We thought that everything was great- location, staff, amenities which we did not use, cleanliness. The only thing that I found amusing was that when I needed a pen and paper which you can find in any low, moderately or expensive hotel, I found nothing. If a visitor needs a pen or paper, he/she should bring his/her own. $1000 a night will not buy you a pen or writing pad."
