Very good service and good customer service

I arrived exhausted after a long journey from Scotland and the staff were very helpful on arrival and also helped me to transfer to a domestic airport for a further flight. There was a good selection at breakfast and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Excellent value for money for our large family group. Close to many bars, restaurants and the shopping centre. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and cheerful. Hotel felt secure and safe. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver and only wish we’d had longer to enjoy the hotel! We arrived a little early at around 3pm, so our room wasn’t quite ready yet as check-in was from 4pm. When we returned later that evening, we were absolutely delighted to find that we’d been upgraded to a stunning harbour view room. A clean and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price for Vancouver. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a large comfortable bed. There were plenty of different items available for breakfast including hot options. The coffee was good. Easy to find just a few kilometres off the highway. Plenty of eating places and shopping near the hotel.

Very helpful staff who gave me assistance with my lugggage and pointed out to me that my account included an accidental double booking which had been paid twice.

Really lovely and cosy hotel, felt like a home away from home. The staff were lovely and would go out of their way to helo me. This hotel is also very close to Lougheed station, which can get you directly into downtown. It has some very nice diners and restuarants in the area also.

Fantastic stay, warm welcome from the staff, room was clean, sofa bed easy to set up with fresh sheets in place. The gym is amazing.
