"Overall experience was not great. It is an old building that has not been very well maintained. There was an off smell as soon as we entered the corridor and our room. Five minutes into the stay, we discovered that our toilet was clogged. We asked the staff for help and they did help us out in a few minutes but not very good start to our stay. Bedding was clean which is appreciated. However, i will not really want to stay again at this hotel as i just didn't find the place very appealing, clean and convenient. I wish everyone best of luck. 👍"

"Clean, quiet room. Smelled great, no Smokey smell or bleach cleaner smell. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The only odd thing we encountered was that the smoke detector in our room was covered with a plastic shower cap. We reported it immediately but no one came to look. The next day we mentioned it again and maintenance came and took it down. He tested the smoke detector and it was dead. A little worrying that we spent the night with a smoke detector that wasn’t working at all and no one checked it when we asked."

"The front desk lady told me I couldn't check in because I didn't have the original credit card. ( Never heard of this) After 39 mins of arguing she Finally excepted a new one (same card number but was my wife's). Then we went to dinner in restaurant the wait staff was horrible the food was good but we waited 1/2 an hour for drinks then 15 mins after we asked for check she brought it very very slow service but food was good front desk was no help in morning with helping us get to cruise port"
