The front desk attendant (male) was rude. I tried to call multiple times to ask if I could check in early (2pm). No answer. When I arrived, attendant was rude and told me to check in at 3pm. I returned at 2:55 - I was told my room was not ready. The staff had idea when it would be ready. A large group was arriving and had priority. Then when I was given a room, the toilet didn't work and the room was very noisy.
