The most expensive, shabby Best Western we have ever stayed in. The rooms were in serious need of renovations - so noisy from other occupants and everything broke when we used it. It was the worst BW we have ever stayed in at $300 per night. Would not recommend.

This hotel is undergoing some repairs and is quite dirty and dusty in common spaces. Our room was lovely and clean and the staff are great!!!

They are remodeling -giving the hotel a facelift . Nothing special but nice people at the front desk and close to the border which we wanted.

Staff were uniformly nice and helpful. Full marks. All the plastic disposables in the breakfast room were disappointing. And this hotel has the world's thinnest toilet paper I have ever seen. EVER. It was so thin it fell apart as you were unrolling it. WHY? That says Best Western doesn't give a crap about guest comfort - if you'll pardon the pun.
