Handra checked us in. She was friendly and informative. She helped with unloading and taking our luggage up to our room. She was very knowledgeable about the Hotel and takes pride in her position. Our room was both spacious and clean. We will be recommending the Cassandra Hotel to both family and friends visiting Vancouver.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. We were going to cancel reservations in order to be closer to the ferry terminal, but we like the staff so much that we decided just to keep our reservation here Handra helped us with directions wherever we needed to go.

This hotel is older & they are doing renos. Over all it was a good place to stay - we felt safe. Lots of restaurants around that are walkable. The staff were very very nice. Would stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We were lucky to have a room with views of the city and mountains. The hotel is located on a main road with easy access to buses and the sky train. There's also a selection of eating places nearby.
