Advertised queen beds were only doubles. No clock/radio in room so asked for a wake up call on phone for morning & it never came. Could have used a hook on bathroom door or an extra towel bar. Unit needed maintenance.

If possible, it would be great to sound proof the rooms more. The 2-3 freight trains during the night honking their horns woke us both up. Not in your control what time they travel, or how noisy they are…but maybe the soundproofing of the room is? Thanks for a comfy stay though.

The world needs more places like this, clean, affordable, great location. It is apparent they are in process of doing very nice upgrade to the suites. We had one of the older rooms and were still quite satisfied.

The fellow at the front desk was WONDERFUL and very accommodating. They were able to swich us from a standard room with 2 double beds to a queen room so my husband and I could sleep together. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. Plus, there was plenty of parking. The hotel was right across the street from the mall with eateries on all sides. We will definitely stay with Westward Inn and Suites again when traveling. Thank you 👍
