Very good service and good customer service

I arrived exhausted after a long journey from Scotland and the staff were very helpful on arrival and also helped me to transfer to a domestic airport for a further flight. There was a good selection at breakfast and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Excellent value for money for our large family group. Close to many bars, restaurants and the shopping centre. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and cheerful. Hotel felt secure and safe. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver and only wish we’d had longer to enjoy the hotel! We arrived a little early at around 3pm, so our room wasn’t quite ready yet as check-in was from 4pm. When we returned later that evening, we were absolutely delighted to find that we’d been upgraded to a stunning harbour view room. Very helpful staff who gave me assistance with my lugggage and pointed out to me that my account included an accidental double booking which had been paid twice.

Perfect location, in the heart of things without being polluted by noise. Staff were superb. Room servicing was spot on. We will return to Vancouver and we will stay here again.

Fantastic stay, warm welcome from the staff, room was clean, sofa bed easy to set up with fresh sheets in place. The gym is amazing.

We loved staying at Hotel Blu. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. We even got an upgrade which was wonderful! The gym, swimming pool and sauna were a great addition, really great amenities. Little touches like the flavoured chilled water were very appreciated. The hotel is immaculately clean and perfectly located. Highly recommend.
