The property has a limited parking lot, it’s not accessible. Only 9 parking spots available. I booked a king size room and the bathroom was dirty and the lights continued to flicker in the room. I was not impressed at all.

The only positive experience was the pleasant and thorough work of the houekeeper. I arrived expecting a very nice location considering the cost of over $300 per night and the description as a “collection” of nice places. The room had no closet and no hangers, Just 2 hooks. I requested hangers from the front desk which never arrived during my 2 night stay. The room had an odor that I could not fully identify the source but prhaps the carpet. I fortunately brought ear plugs because the noise from nearby transportation including traffic, planes, sirens and I believe subway would have been unbearable. Offensive that this is what I received for such a high price. I would not stay here if the price had been under $100/ night had I known in advance. Shame on all involved with this experience.

The gyluy from the desk so horrible not working profesional very very tofu..i don't like costumers service like him ..come in to checking and gime room to the bsmt come to see the romm but i didn't like ccause is at bsmt floor i don't like bsmt not come in from necessary o emergency come cause normally stay traveling in need for stay one nigth but come upstairs to see is is possible to change and hi is so nasty and didn't do it to change im not happy tox stay here

Loud. Construction equipment ran throughout the night and caused us to wake up multiple times through the night. The toilet was running, so it sounded like a tap was on all night. When we signed up for the free shuttle, there was limited availability. And our shuttle left 10 mins after our scheduled pick up time. I would not stay here again.

I could not lock the room door from the inside, and it could easily be opened from the outside just by pushing the door. You do not even need a key to open this door by just pushing it from outside. A front desk staff member told me this was normal and that nothing could be done immediately since maintenance would only be available the next day. He advised me to use the door guard for safety during the night. Concerned for my family's safety, I requested a room change, but he informed me that no similar rooms with two beds were available, and my only options were to move to a one-bed room or stay in the same room. I then spoke with another front desk representative, insisting that we could not stay in such an unsafe room. This young staff member checked the door and eventually agreed to move us to another two-bed room. He was very helpful, unlike the first staff member, who was unhelpful, dishonest, and not care about the safety of the guest. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you have other options.

Stay here only if you don’t have to go anywhere around there. We walked to grab a bite and a guy coming toward us said “wrong neighborhood “ with a smile. Never felt so unsafe. Hotel and staff were good.
