A convenient location, a 10 minute walk from the Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station. Also a great location for walking to Times Square, Broadway shows, and restaurants in the area. The hotel was clean. The room was updated and clean. Housecleaning was efficient. There is a fitness center and restaurant.

Lifts are a problem at peak times.. We had a twin room which was quite small. Bathroom didnt have a proper door as it was only a sliding door without a lock which was a problem. Area was ok but always had drunk people right outside the hotel.. thankfully there was always a police vehicle outside the house.

The heating and cooling system was noisy. Went and complained they said someone will come and fix. No one came. Next, I was charged for breakfast for 2 people but no breakfast in the facility. The coffee machine is the room is not working properly.

Very good location. I was told when I made the reservation that it included breakfast for two during my stay. The restaurant was closed for renovation? And they didn’t informed me until we got there.

First they did not do my room. Then I asked for towels and the came dirty.. all four towels.. They did them come to my room at around 6 pm to ask to do my room then but we where all getting dressed to go out. But not very good when it came to service. Front desk staff was amazing.
