Stayed here for 10 days and 9 nights and honestly the best thing it has for itself is it's location and city views. Unfortunately, while they offer breakfast, their dining area is still not open due to COVID-19 and while they were still generous enough to offer some food as part of their breakfast included, it wasn't the best. The hotel lobby and some other general areas could definitely use more maintenance and cleanliness. As for their rooms, they need better TVs and upgrade their entertainment center to the 21st century. We live in a streaming world now and all that was available was cable TV. Other than that, room had beautiful views of the city, a comfortable bed and a very spacious bathroom. Lastly, like I mentioned, the best ting was its location. It is right across from a major public transit station, so it made it super easy and convenient to commute to and from the property using NYC public transit. Would definitely consider staying here again mainly for that reason, but would appreciate if the hotel paid a little more attention to those small details in order to step it up a notch!
