Everything was nice about the hotel. The only thing u didn’t like was when I came to check in. there was no one at the front desk and when the staff did come. They took their sweet time to accommodate me. The price for my 3 day stay was beyond affordable. I have no complaints.

Poor hospitality service, 3/5 day stay was told everyone in the building would have to leave the following day due to health and human services closing down the hotel which left us to figure out where we’d stay next.

Someone scratched my car while staying here. Beware there is so late checkout. And not possible to extend your stay. Won’t be staying here again. Very disappointing

The guy who was at the reception was particularly rude with us other than that the hotel is good. The area around it might not be very feasible as it's almost 10 minutes to the nearest metro station. Also the area around it is not what you expect a typical New York hotel to be.
