"room is clean，breakfast is fine"

"I booked a double room for 3 adults and I was given 1 king bed. At check-in, he confirmed I needed two beds but when we walked in it was a single room. I called front desk, and he said that there were no other rooms available and that the room with the double bed had a leak problem. I should have been notified in advance so I could make other arrangements. He offered to go clean another room which would take 15 minutes but I did not trust that it would be cleaned thoroughly so I declined. It was after 1a and we had limited options to go anywhere else after a long 15 hours travel day. When I called for a shuttle pick up from JFK just before midnight, I was informed it was not too late to use the shuttle service and that a driver would pick us up in about 10 minutes. After more than 15 minutes of waiting outside in the cold, I called the hotel back and he said the last shuttle had already departed the airport and the service was no longer availabe. The next morning we went down to have breakfast at 6a on our way to jfk but it was just being set up around 6:15 when it was supposed to start at 6a. The front desk staff and shuttle driver where very polite but the service was poor and we did not have a good experience. The king room was spacious and clean."

"Since they have a rooftop bar upstairs. They do not have security guards or anything protecting there venue. And their elevators have no security access tap. Anyone can have access to any floor at any given time. During my visit on the night of 5/2/26. A lady from the rooftop bar was so incoherent that she fell asleep in the elevator. As the elevator came to my floor I stepped in to ask how she was doing. She started cussing me out but couldn’t even get up. Then she tried to follow me around in the lobby limping and stumbling. I asked the front desk to call police or something since they didn’t have security. They didn’t do anything. This hotel has no respect for its paying customers. Will not return. For $300/night you do not get treated well. They looked at me like I was the crazy one. I even asked the front desk to have a manager speak to me when they arrived. And no manager ever emailed, called or texted me. I assume this type of event happens often. Don’t recommend staying here for anyone that needs a safe hotel to stay at."
