Manager David was extremely helpful with correcting a mistake with booking. Other staff are very nice as well. Airport shuttle was great. Got me to the airport in 20 minutes. Hotel is close to eateries and shopping...within walking distance.

The hotel is excellent. Very clean, polite and friendly staff, house keeping was very prompt when we needed something. Tons of restaurants within walking distance, the Main-Flushing station is only about a 10 min walk away. Valet parking was simple and easy. We left our car there during our whole visit. Highly recommend!

No I couldn’t find the airport shuttle but they were extremely nice and friendly. Every time I called even though I was slightly frustrated, however they were exceptionally polite, respectful and kind. The room was impeccable, bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave, love the balcony…the view was beautiful, best conditioners I ever had in any hotels I stayed in. I love the little touch and extra efforts they did ensuring our stay was spectacular which it was!!! Thank you graciously.
