We ended up here after our flight from JFK was delayed until the next day and this was a great experience after a miserable day. The hotel and room were brand new and spotless, the staff was very nice and helpful (under difficult conditions, with lots of grumpy and frustrated travelers!), and the location -- around the corner from the Jamaica AirTrain/LIRR station -- was perfect. We were grateful for it!
