Though the request for change was accomodated, both the alternative rooms offered had some housekeeping/maintenance issues that was sorted out. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Good support at check-in by Ganesh and at check-out by Jimmy. Overall service was excellent, but property condition requires improvement."
