We had a nice bedroom but the bathroom was in need of an update. The location is really good with a metro station and bus station a few minutes walk away, across the road is a big shopping centre plus there are 100s of restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff were very helpful as well.

We had a nice room and bathroom and the hotel is in a great location close to a metro station plus lots of shops and places to eat. The downside is that across the road from the hotel there is a night market and they have singers meaning it was very noisy at night. We asked to be moved to the quiet side of the hotel which the staff did quickly and without fuss but it is something to keep in mind if you plan to stay at the Landmark Grand.

Not a 4 star hotel

This hotel is far from being 4 star. Maybe 2 star will be the right rating and in this case I would rate it higher. It is a very old building and everything is worn down. Location is convenient, close to the metro and main bus station. Also free parking is provided which is very convenient for this crowded area.

Cockroaches noted in the two rooms we were in. Hotel rooms looked older than they were. Staff kept rooms decently clean. Staff overall helpful. Good area near malls and 3 different night markets. Lots of shopping and exploring one can do. Near subway station.

From check in to the end wasn’t the best hotel experience. Staff not friendly at all and they have no customer service skills. Need to smile and greet guest, had a few issue and didn’t once apologise. Dirty smelly bedding, horrible smell in bedroom. It’s a good job it was 1 night stay only. Breakfast was ok and the staff in restaurant are very helpful and polite.

I would not recommend this hotel. There's a clear problem in terms of cleaning and management. We found food in the fridge when we arrived, the sheets were dirty and were probably not changed, the bathroom was not very clean and old and needed improvements. Only the location is great (close to Union metro station and many shops around).

The hotel is located close to metro station and the room was comfortable... BUT... When we first enter the room had a very bad smell something like mold or smoke i didnt understand... Futhermore it was really really dirty.... Dust, cockroaches, hair from previous customers on the sheets... very very bad experience....Also the matress was in a very bad condition, a spring had left from the matress and hit my ass when i sat up abruptly, i almost lost my virginity .... Definitely not recommended....

Were staying for 2 weeks ,very accessible for everything like metro and mall. Just the toilet we have is flooding all the time,they fixed it but still flood somewhere leaking.but other than that its good.
