Laundry is missing for this property if want to clean your clothes there is no place to wash. They should have laundry room to clean your clothes.

The property located adjacent to a mall, which makes it easy to shop or just to stroll around. The rooms were specious and clean with a breathtaking view of the city. Staff were very friendly and they went out of their way to accommodate us. I’ll definitely stay with them again.

We were in a classic suite. Room was comfortable and housekeeping was great. Location adjacent to the mall is also convenient. The service at breakfast and the attitude of staff at breakfast left a lot to be desired, and ruined our impression of this hotel. The whole breakfast setup needs to be reorganised. On several occasions, it took me more than 30mins to get a cappucino- the fact that one is expected to que in a long line in the morning just to order a tea or coffee is just ridiculous. I had complained to the manager on duty about the one self service coffee machine being broken and raised other issues, but the same issues persisted thereafter. Just getting some butter, a bowl of hot water or even a tea spoon is a mission at the breakfast area - the breakfast staff are extremely unhelpful and rude at times as well. Skip the breakfast if you decide to stay here.
