The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We had a family visit for eight days in Ajman. First of all, we liked the professional employee at the hotel, especially in the breakfast area. When we were staying in room 325, my wife had a little accident while she was using the bathroom when the bathroom door slammed into her face because the bathroom door is so heavy and it is close to the toilet bowl. Even the door broke holder and we had to spend five hours at the nearest hospital emergency room. I would like the management to take care of the issues as soon as possible
