" I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The room I was assigned lacked basic essentials — there was no trash can, no towels for drying, and the phone was disconnected from the wall. These are not minor oversights; they reflect a serious lack of attention to guest comfort and basic standards. I expected a minimum level of care and was disappointed at every turn. As a result, I will not be returning to your establishment and cannot recommend it to others. I trust you will take the necessary steps to ensure future guests do not have the same experience. "We upgraded to pool and still hot a room with no view. AC was not working went to front desk and they refused to switch out room."

"This is the first time in my life that I stayed in a hotel/resort that didn't have a 24 hours shop for basic stuffs. I was trying to get a bottle of water and some snacks, typical of stuff that every small conviniences stall or shop in alll hotels carry and sells 24/7. Apparently, when I walked in at 1AM in the morning trying to get one from their "essential: store, they closed and nobody can explain why. I saw a worker there butvshe was not even responsive and ignore my plea to just let me buy a bottle of water. Very frustrating experiences and I just ended up buying one from the bar!"
