We paid for an upgraded room but were given a lesser one because they ran out, and the staff was rude and unhelpful about it. On the plus side, the hotel has plenty of restaurant and bar options, the room was very clean, and requesting extra towels was easy. I’d consider staying again, but wouldn’t risk paying for an upgrade."
