"The room was clean. We did find a grape by the tv when we arrived in the room. So something that was missed by housekeeping. I would say the check in process is longer since it's all automated and you have to go to a kiosk to check in, wait for an email (about 15 minutes) then to go to the other kiosk to print your key. Good thing there was staff standing around with iPads if you needed help but I was a little confused. "

"The facility itself needs much improvement, check in wasn’t easy, and not enough help. Although, some spots are great, the food court and play area for the children are fantastic, however, the rooms are not so great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"No. Internet was crappy and had to use our own hotspot. Shower still had hair in the tub. A dirty sock was found by the corner seat. We had no iron with our ironing board and had to call room service twice and wait 20 minutes. "
