"We had all inclusive ocean view room and it honestly was the only good thing, the food was bad, the drinks weren’t even strong. The pools close at 8 but they stop serving alcohol at 6pm so it didn’t make sense to us. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and they only came to clean our room once and we had to request them to do it. I wanted to like it because of the location but I honestly don’t think I’ll be back. We had to go get food every day because the food was just so bad. Won’t be staying here again. Thank you. "

"I totally suggest this hotel. Events are great, staff are friendly and room is always clean. As a vegan I searched a lot for food info and did not find much in reviews, so here is my review on food in detail: If you are vegetarian, you're fine. There is plenty of food for you. For vegans, there are less options but still a lot to have: Fruits, vegetables are always fresh and plenty. There are 4 restaurants: At Shangri-la you can get different types of vegetable rice/noodles and vegetable curries. At Kulinarium you can try a nice vegan dish with rice, cooked vegetables and tofu I did not try Margaritta since the menu included mainly sea food. At the main self service restaurant (steak house) there is always something new every day, as a vegan you may enjoy fries, wedges, lots of different stir fried vegetables, curries, vegetable soup, vegetable rice, pastas, many delicious vegan dips and cooked black beans (must try!) and fruits and salads. no vegan dessert or plant based milk is available though. In general, I would go back to this hotel again as I enjoyed the variety of food!"

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food and service at the restaurants. Excellent service at the bars. Resort was very clean but definitely had some areas that seem worn from wear and tear. More poolside loungers and umbrellas are needed to better meet demand. Didn't seem like the children's pool area got a lot of use while we were there. Everyone congregated at the main pool. Could also use more umbrellas among the beach loungers."

"Amazing stay but wish the entertainment was a bit more I guess. But love the location and the beach and beach view was amazing. Also from my partners side, he wished there was more steak options on the menu’s. But other then that was amazing stay and the staff were very nice."

"I stayed for 4 days. The elevators are horrible. They take forever to come and sometimes they skip floors. They say it can hold 15 people but it can’t fit more than 6-7 people. The food options were not great as well. You have to pay for a lot of upgrades."
