We asked for an ocean view. We got a view of construction workers. I understand they’re remodeling but that’s not what we paid for. Also, the street is super dark. Kinda scary. However, the staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s right next to the beach. But it feels kinda weird. Locals stare at you a lot.

Nice time. Not the most up kept but nice place.

The stay was fine in room 5 but room 3 the toilet wasn't working. The windows don't lock either. Was a bit worrisome. Otherwise good place.

The location of the property is damn good just across the playa caracol beach and isla mujeros ferry point. But the hotel has limited facilities - no lift, no night checkin, no security, no guards, anybody can walk in at night to your room, and i faced a shower pressure issue throughout my stay which was kinda annoying

Muy buena ubicación, ideal si solo quieres ir a dormir ya que es la relación costo beneficio conviene mucho por la zona, a 5 min de coco bongo, a 1 min de la base Xcaret. Sin duda regresaría al mismo lugar en mi próximo viaje

La atención es muy buena, el personal muy amable. Esta justo a 1 min de la playa (caminando) y justo enseguida del hotel puedes tomar al ferry a isla mujeres. Que sale desde esa misma playa. Así que te ahorras el taxi/caminada porque esta ahí mismo.

Great stay for our 3 nights. We were able to walk to mostly everything & the ferry pier was right outside. Easy access to one of the best beaches. Our room was clean and AC worked very well. The shower drained slow but that was our only issue. Good water pressure and hot water. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and staff was kind. We felt safe due to it being sort of hidden and there were typically military/guards watching the beach outside. I would recommend! Great price for what you get.
