I arrived exhausted after a long journey from Scotland and the staff were very helpful on arrival and also helped me to transfer to a domestic airport for a further flight. There was a good selection at breakfast and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Excellent value for money for our large family group. Close to many bars, restaurants and the shopping centre. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and cheerful. Hotel felt secure and safe. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.

All the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for you, the rooms were brand new, roomy and bright. The pool was added bonus. Close to supermarket and about a 20 minute walk to the train for the airport or downtown vancouver. Excellent hotel would highly recommend it.

Great location and amazing views from partial harbour side room. Great food in restaurant although limited in choice. Fire alarm went off in middle of night and ended on street. Limited info and no info the next day or apology or even a morning coffee to say have a good day. The staff didn’t follow fire precautions and told people to wait in lobby until fire dept had cleared building. Should have been across road. Lifts took over an hour to get people back to rooms. But… amazing location and...

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great view from my room and really helpful staff. Recommended.

Very helpful staff who gave me assistance with my lugggage and pointed out to me that my account included an accidental double booking which had been paid twice.

A great location and excellent quality. Nice suite and balcony. Good coffee machine which is always appreciated. Quiet location and room. Would stay again.

The staff were extremely welcoming and were very approachable. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, and the room was always clean whenever they had been in. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on it. I had the king size bed which was extremely comfortable! One of the best hotel beds I have ever stayed in and would go back for that alone! The Dyson hairdryer wasn't included in my room which I was gutted about, but I guess you can't have everything! I received an...

Clean large room with plenty of space to unpack. Includes a duck to keep! 10 mins walk to Gilmore Skytrain. free parking at hotel. Staff recommended Birdie for food, and i would agree. Trees was good for a coffee and pastry . Free coffee etc in lobby of hotel too.

Very nice, super clean, very new. Comfy bed, nice bathroom gestures and lovely complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the shared space. I missed having no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room. There were no cups/glasses either to be able to drink water. It would be fab to add those things to the rooms with creamers so that you don't need to get dressed to go get a coffee. A full length mirror would also be a great addition. Overall great as very comfy & quiet to relax in!

Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel sited in a good location with about a 20 min walk to Canada Place.

Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Only draw back was location, but would have no hesitation returning
