"I have stayed at many resorts in Punta Cana. The Occidental Caribe, by far is considered my favorite because of the way the resort is situated. It has a U shape which I find very pleasing and intriguing. All the buildings are within the U shape and over looking at both the beautiful pools and the blue white sandy beach. The restaurants, buffet and other amenities are spectacular. The staff is awesome. They all showed professionalism, courtesy and respect. One person who stands out the most was Leslie Vilorio on the evening shift. I really admire her for her professionalism and for always going above and beyond to meet the guests at their needs. The services that Leslie and all of the staff members provided to the guests on a daily basis is excelent. I am looking forward to coming back with my family again next month."

"Room was cleaned every day. The staff tried to get you what you need. Some of the property needs TLC, there was water in different areas when it rained as there were leaks. Overall this was a great property for the price, great beds, pool and beach were easily accessible from our room. "
