"To begin with, the most unfortunate experience was the water in the apartment, it was salty water with a very bad smell, the property needs a lot of improvements, rust everywhere in the bathrooms, utility room, kitchen area, etc, not well maintained at all.

"Norielis (our butler) and Dahiana (server in the premium areas at the pool and beach) were wonderful! Responsive and friendly. Five stars for both of them.
The service at the restaurants weren’t as great. We frequently had to ask for water at restaurants and the hostess at La Boheme was unfriendly.
The resort was clean but showed its age and could use an update. Especially in the rooms.
The massages were amazing! The spa did have a few things not working so if you’re interested in doing the hydrotherapy, make sure it has everything you want working.
The romantic dinner was great until they started playing loud dance music halfway through. We also got soaked from the waves
