"The properyt is in an excellent location. A short 3 minute walk to the beach, grocery and dining right outside the building. Beautiful pool and bbq area. Would highly recommend.

"Norielis (our butler) and Dahiana (server in the premium areas at the pool and beach) were wonderful! Responsive and friendly. Five stars for both of them.
The service at the restaurants weren’t as great. We frequently had to ask for water at restaurants and the hostess at La Boheme was unfriendly.
The resort was clean but showed its age and could use an update. Especially in the rooms.
The massages were amazing! The spa did have a few things not working so if you’re interested in doing the hydrotherapy, make sure it has everything you want working.
The romantic dinner was great until they started playing loud dance music halfway through. We also got soaked from the waves
Favorite food: food truck near swim up rooms and La boheme (French onion soup, fondue, and crepe Suzette)
Overall, we would rate the hotel an 8/10. Our butler made the stay stress free for us and we are extremely thankful for her. "

Fernando, Sandra and Ruth at the Saona pool are the absolute best, we became friends in our last visit, and were very happy to see them again this year.
Managers, Richard and Angel took care of our every need and made us feel special every single day. Carlos at El dorado was the best waiter, always happy and smiling. I truly hope I’m not forgetting anyone because every staff member made us feel very welcome! "
