A wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Staff were polite and attentive, and eager to help with any query. Rooftop pool and bar has great views over the lake, perfect to come back to after the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was also very good with western and Vietnamese options available. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for USD 30, well worth the money for the absence of stress alone!

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

The room was very clean, the staff were all very helpful. The staff spent time to provide the details of hotel facilities and the welcome drink was very relaxing after a long trip. They have variety of dishes served during the breakfast.
