"We stay here sometimes between Cancun and Tulum when our flights get in late or leave early. Its right off the highway and has parking. Rooms are basic, but clean and everything works. There is a restaurant open late right behind the hotel, an Oxxo next door, and a mall across the street. Price performance is good."

I believe the resort was fully booked but did not have problems with getting beach chairs or chairs by the pool. Yes some people put towels to save spots but was still able to get a spot.
