"Every person on the staff was approachable, nice, and super helpful. The king bed was very comfy. The room was very clean and quiet though the cars honking outside were loud on Friday night into the early hours (but c'mon, you're in NYC). Much less so Saturday and Sunday. There's also a night club on the weekends by we couldn't hear a thing on the eight floor. The 24 hour diner downstairs was extremely convenient, tasty, and gave off the vibe of a bygone era in a good way."

"This hotel was purchased out of chapter 11 bankruptcy in February 2026 and it looks like it. Mold was present in our shower and floorboards and the headboard was worn. On the plus side, found staff to be nice and accommodating, walkable SoHo location and there is a generous noon checkout time. However, I would not consider this hotel until after the new owners can get in and provide renovations, assuming they will make the investment. The previous"

"Clean room. Very small. Only problem is the cabin beds are not long enough if you are 6’ tall. Very uncomfortable. Showers and bathrooms are close by and are adequate."

"Old hotel in a great area. No elevator on site so get ready to carry luggage 4 flights of stairs! Rooms are decent size and hotel has a boutique feel. Staff are barely present. Better options out there! "
