We have just returned from a 5 day stay with our 5 year old son. The hotel is gorgeous with spacious rooms and very clean. The beach club is very nice, the cabanas offering welcome shade from the heat. The beach and sea are also very clean and sea with plenty of space. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding, always a smile and happy to help. They were especially friendly to our son who enjoyed the attention and now thinks everyone he came into contact with is now his friend....

We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help. From the moment we walked in we received the highest level of treatment. The receptionist found us a room even though we arrived before the regular check-in time. The room was amazing with luxurious furnishings. All the hotel staff were extremely courteous. The palace had amazing decorations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I enjoyed every moment I was there. I can’t wait to return there.

With just a 45 minute drive from Dubai we only went for a day and a night but the experience was fabulous! It's a beautifully quiet resort with a feeling of peace and tranquility. The staff could not do enough for us. Watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace was truly magical with the added bonus of the full moon rise in the opposite direction. I could go on but you should definitely make this one of your bucket list things to do. I would recommend at least 3 days as there is plenty on offer...
