However I was not recognised well as Expedia gold member for room upgrade or any other facilities. Unfortunately I found most of the the time Expedia VIP memebers do not pay well in terms of upgradation."

"This is a family friendly hotel. I was surprised the depth of the vast majority of pools was 1.4 meters. They had amusement park type rides but the hours were a bit limited. Rooms were definitely outdated. Wouldn’t recommend shopping at the stores in the hotel because they charge too much. Taxi ride from airport to hotel was 250 TL, similar to shopping destinations. The amount of food available was crazy!!! Sometimes I would just walk around for long time trying to decide what to get. Staff...
