But the tinny woman downstairs sitting on the counter for the Sauna or Bath... She's terrible, ill mannered, unfriendly, and non respectful. Otherwise everything is good and satisfactory. "

"Staff were kind but we had a mishap on the first day. They needed to put us up in a lower tier hotel. You’ll need to manage expectations if you’re used to Mexico style all inclusives. Otherwise the food was decent. The gym was bare bones. English is not a dominant language. Worth staying if you’re in Antalya for whatever purpose. The process of obtaining a beach towel is a bit absurd, requiring a 10 Euro deposit. Beach area was a bit far from the hotel complex but a pleasant walk in any case by the boardwalk. Location is probably the best in the city. It’s about a 5 minute taxi to the old city or a 35-40 min walk along the boardwalk."
