We got a free upgrade due to the level of fumes from people smoking outdoors in the hotel. However, all the bed linen and towels and even our clothes etc smelt of cigarette smoke so there was no getting away from it. We all ended up with a smokers cough and my son got sick on the last day. There is no designated smoking area and hence smokers are free to smoke anywhere. Food was bland without much variety, we stayed for 6 nights and after 3 my children and husband stopped coming to the all inclusive meals. Desserts-wise not much variety either, the use the same cheese/dairy base and add different colours to the cakes. They ought to have foods from different parts of the world on alternative mealtimes along with the traditional Turkish cuisine. We went on 26 Dec to 3rd Jan. The hotel's website did not have any info on what was and was not open hence when we got there it was a shock that there was nothing to do, even most of their restaurants were shut. All the outdoor pools and waterpark were shut as not heated, the indoor pool was small and not very nice or clean. The children's arcade room and bowling was also shut though as it was cold, it would've made sense to have that open so children had something to do in the absence of the outdoor pools and waterpark. On the positive, the rooms were nice and cleaned everyday and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Amazing stay. Definitely worth trying.
We only stayed a night here, but everything from the check in to check out was amazing. From the welcome drinks, to the various restaurants and snack bars dotted about the resort. My kids loved it, as there were burgers, pizzas and chicken nuggets available. The restaurant buffet meals were absolutely amazing. This has to go down as the best buffet we've had even better than delphin imperials buffet and that's saying something! Pools were great and plenty of slides to keep the little ones occupied. A little cold but that's to be expected at the end of October. Saying that, the weather was great around 27 degrees everyday. The beach was nice too, plenty of space to play in. The hotel wasnt overcrowded which was another huge plus. You could easily find a sun lounger. Overall, it was a great stay and I'm really not sure how this hasn't been given 10/10 on the reviews..
