Overall a great experience for all the family. There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children) staying for a week. The staff were very helpful all the way from check in to check out. On one of the days one of my children fell ill and the hotel staff went above and beyond to cater for our needs direct to our hotel room without any additional costs. A special shout out to the restaurant staff who were very nice and always served us with a smile on their faces. The kids loved the pools and water slides. The Mrs and I enjoyed the VIP experience on the beach front for an extra cost. The food was really good, and there were a lot of options each day. I loved the fact that you could have late breakfast as well as late dinner up to very later dinner/snack if you were to arrive late following a late flight. All scenarios are catered for.

I was disappointed with my experience, especially for a supposed 5-star establishment. The variety of non-alcoholic fruit juice options was lacking, with cheap and unappealing choices. Ice cream was only available in one flavor and at a single location, which felt very limited. Desserts throughout the day were nearly nonexistent, with cakes being the only option. Snacks and food offerings were also disappointing. Additionally, the shop on-site felt overpriced, taking advantage of foreigners with ridiculous prices—like 18 pounds for plasters. I reached out to guest services about this issue, but they didn't respond. The service from the staff left much to be desired as well; my drink orders were overlooked more than ten times. In a 5-star hotel, it's shocking to have to approach waitstaff for drinks, especially with no service around the pool area. The location is another issue; it feels isolated, and taxis to nearby areas cost between 25-50 euros for just a short trip. The hotel staff showed little effort in helping guests negotiate better rates. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this hotel entirely.

The stay was terrible from the onset. When we checked in, there was no VIP upgrade and absolutely no benefits given. I booked a stay for 5 days and was then told that only a few restaurants would be my entitlement as I had booked for less than 7 days! The other restaurants, I would have to pay for my meals and drinks! There was no introduction to the Hotel amenities, the bathroom was exceptionally small and not to the standard of a 5 star. It was more like a 3 star. Bed was uncomfortable. We were 2 people staying and they gave me a room that was with one double bed and one single bed! It was a very unpleasant stay, and especially when I paid top rates in July. I contacted them the first night to ask if I could cancel my booking for balance nights and get a refund. They didn't bother to respond and didn't ask why either. When I checked out and they took my bags, from my travel wallet funds were taken out. I realized when I got to the Airport and tried calling them, spoke to Guest relations who fobbed me off to some other number which just rings and no one pricks up. There is terrible service. Staff seems disgruntled and unhappy. I am still waiting to hear what they will say about the stolen Dollars from my wallet which was kept in the Hotel safe all along. I've never given such a negative review but I will never stay here again and don't recommend it to anyone. Lots of better hotels and Antalya is a beautiful place. Completely wasted my vacation and money.

When you consider the original cost of the hotel and flights was £8800 for 10 days I was expecting an out of this world hotel, which unfortunately it wasn’t. Room was basic, curtains hanging off the wall and despite their customer representatives coming to me asking if there were any issues and me telling this and the balcony never got swept or cleaned is a pretty poor show. Food was excellent but if you left your table to help yourself to more food, you needed to look for another table as everything was cleared by the time you got back Pretty poor experience and certainly would not rush back. If I paid the original price I would have been distraught and felt conned.

extremely satisfied, love every single minute in the resort, very fun, active and alive area. Nice, friendly stuff super clean, and the food was delicious. Planning on coming back in the future and staying in the same resort, very friendly toward family. The only concern I had was the taxi services outside. They gang up on the tourist they try to scam. you have to bargain with them and they’re very rude. Not any taxi can take you or pick you up and I really hated that they worked in groups With walkie-talkies against the tourist.

Loved our stay! I would say the only downfall is the large amount of people. It was felt the most during meal times at the buffet. It was often difficult to find a table- but I went at the most popular times as well. I think the hotel did a great job of offering different types of food throughout, but people acted like savages. People were in line for pizza to come out of the oven and when it did, I witnessed a woman take the whole pizza. It was wild, haha. Vural (bartender, waitstaff) was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would love to return someday!

Swandor Topkapi Palace was a great family resort. We had an awesome time with 3 kids. Food variety was amazing in Hunker restaurant. At other times, other restaurants were open and had plenty of options. We loved it. Everything from baby lobsters to turkey sheesh kabab was there. Kids had a blast at the water slides. Swimming pools were clean, and there was a special pool for toddlers and infants to have fun. Tina at the concierge desk was super helpful. She made a nice city tour for us, and coordinated with the driver throughout our trip. That was truly remarkable as it helped us in the communication and keeping things smooth during the trip. Room service was also great. Staff was very quick in resolving any issues in the room. Usually they were there within 5-10 mins of calling them. It gets pretty hot in Antalya during summer, but within the resort there is many many bars serving cold juices and soft drinks for the kids and adults. Although there isn’t any need to go out in the city while you are staying at the resort, if you do go out checkout Mall of Antalya. Huge with 100s of shops. I

Amazing food and drinks, definitely aren't stingy with the alcohol! The beach is amazing, the pool is nice but there is very loud music all day which is not my preference. Food is available all day but for the best breakfast/lunch/dinner in the main restaurant I would definitely recommend going early else you many not find a table or have to wait in a queue for some food items (and in some cultures queues are not a thing, they will push in). The slides are fun but again, they could do with a member of staff stopping pushing in. The whole area is very clean as there is staff constantly clearing glasses/sweeping. They will also take drink orders at restaurants/bars. Overall, very enjoyable but quite busy.
