It is a very good hotel, beautiful and big. A little old with luxurious style but in great shape . Food was really good, staff were very helpful and polite. Lots of options in what to do inside of the hotel. Outside, there are a bus stop right in front what saves money, and bring you to all kind of shopping and entertainment.Taxi in Turkey is extremely expensive.

Amazing & worth it!

The experience and stay was amazing. It’s a massive resort. So many things to do and just experience the views & atmosphere, amazing. Buffet was amazing, my family loved the private beach, indoor swimming pool and the Kids club & games room. Staff were excellent.

The breakfast and the food in the evening were great. Enjoyed it everyday. The facilities, the beach, the swimming pools were also great. De beach didn't score high point with me. It didn't give me the feeling of being on a beach. It was too much customised. The rooms were clean. The activities were unique and it has been presented with a huge energy and enthousiasm. But the staff behind the bars near the pools were not so nice and were always looking angry. No laughing, not being friendly at all. But the overall staff in the lobby, dining room etc were great.

Great resort for kids. The kids and teen club were amazing, with so many activities. Water park for kids and adults was a lot of fun. Very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very nice and always helpful. My only suggestion would be to have more variety in meals. The food was good but pretty much the same every day.

Very friendly place. Recommend to all!!! Stuff service was top notch. Place is clean. Even has stuff to do for kids and adults. Anything from water slides, to nightly performances. Some things you have to pay for. Not included in a price of the package. They use all kind of payments. From local money to visa, master card. Lots of different languages around. Stuff understand most of them. Enjoy!!!

so much in this place

it was really good vacation. since it was all-inclusive, all food and drink was included. they couldn't make a couple of drink i asked, but it's understandable. Room was clean, food was great and with so many people, they arranged the flow very well. pool, beach and waterpark were good to spend time. (no children)

The shower in the room would not drain which meant as a family of 4 we were not able to shower on the same night as it took an hour or so for the shower to drain before the next person could go in. I personally was not able to shower for the first two days. In addition, the ventilation in the room was poor and when we woke up in the morning after the first night all we smelt was cigarette smoke. Despite making a complaint to front desk we were not offered a change of room. It took 2 days of complaining before Yasin at guest relation was able to listen to us and find us another room. He was brilliant and he is an asset to the hotel but we wish more staff had the same approach to customer relations. We were not offered our 30% spa voucher nor a room upgrade based on our Expedia tier. The rooms were not cleaned everyday and when it was we still had to call for towels as only 2 were in the room each time.The pools were amazing and the children had a great time. The 5 star rating is not a true reflection of the hotel. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Nothing worth the price or 5 star rated stay in All inclusive resort. Specially the food and buffet was very bad, food are cold and Old, On dirty tables they put new sets of cutlery for next guest. Staff very rude and unhappy, they do not get any food since the resort keeping the food to serve next day. Rooms are clean and nice, renovated, Pools cold but still clean and nice. Variety of food and restaurant very bad.

Could be great with some updates needed

Location is good, 20 mins from airport and 5 mins taxi ride to Lara town for shopping. Be aware that a number of stores located in the hotel lobby only accept cash. Theres tonnes of things for kids and adutlts to do. Hotel is huge and facilitles really great for adults and children. Food is good and decent variety. The only things that need to be improved is the aircon at its coldest setting on full fan speed is totally useless, which made the room unbearably hot to sleep in so we have very bad sleep during our 4 day stay. Also just note that there is a new hotel being built next to the Kremlin so you'll need to ask for a quiet room if you want some rest. The construction work is really loud and runs until midnight every day and begins again at 07:30am. We asked for a room change which was agreed by the hotel staff but it was really inconvenient as we had already unpacked all of our luggage (family of 4). Nobody on reception even asked us how our stay was when we were checking out which is the very least a guest would expect from a 5 star hotel.

We liked the friendly attitude of the friends who worked from the first entrance to the exit. A wine and fruit plate was left in our room at the first entrance. Night activities were very successful. This could not be said for the day. A little more should be studied. The food was very successful and sufficient. He was always playing the same songs in the children's disco. For families with children, a separate section can be created in the restaurant and a children's menu can be developed. Activity notifications are insufficient, we didn't know when and what activity. We had to ask all the time. In general, we left the hotel satisfied.

Super clean rooms beds and bathroom with daily house keeping. Room comes with excellent Air conditioner daily filled mini bar fridge, safe, balcony, and tv. Bathroom is outdated. While air conditioner was on once we used hair dryer power panel switch turned off due to circuit overload, called front desk and they sent someone to fix it immediately. Main restaurant has amazing top quality food varieties for breakfast lunch and dinner, but it gets extremely congested with guests at dinner time and becomes very hard to find any empty tables. We used hotel's local doctor services which provided proper treatment but at double the price compared with doctors outside the hotel. Ala carte restaurants were very good but must be reserved few days ahead. 3 Pools and beach many bars and cafes operate around the clock. Daily theater programs and Night entertainment musical bands were amazing. Front desk very responsive to any requests. Checkin checkout luggage delivery to and from room was very smooth thanks to the staff. Family friendly and I would visit this hotel again.
