We really like the property. The property is clean, quiet and beautiful. We didn’t have any problem to find empty spaces around pool and beach areas to relax and have sun tan. They have several pools;; I really like the 16 pool. Many options for food. I would like to thank Aylin in guest relations, Oguz and Halil at the reception and the room cleaning staff members for taking care of their guests. I highly recommend the property for anyone. I will definitely go back to the property again.

We really like the property. It is clean, quiet and beautiful. There are plenty of spaces around the pool and beach area to have sun tan and relaxation. They have 16 pool, I enjoyed swimming there. I would like thank Aylin-guest relations, Oguz and Halil- reception and the room cleaning staff members for taking of their guests. I highly recommend the property for anyone.

I would highly recommend Concorde Deluxe and will be returning again. The hotel had good facilities including several pools, private beach, spa, gym and a kids club. The rooms were a good size with views of the sea and pools. The staff were always smiling friendly and welcoming. The kids club was great and had lots of varied activities throughout the day

We were upgraded, serving staff were helpful When on holiday you look forward to good food, but being vegetarians we did not get much choice apart from boiled, steamed or vegetables olive oil. They made mimicry of Indian food giving name and actual food difference. Even vegan food had paneer in it. Previous day’s vegetarian food had been set up as vegan food. I had virgin mojito one day and it was nowhere near what I had before. As it is all inclusive a lot of food is wasted as holidaymakers look forward to good and tasty food but after one mouthful they leave whole plateful to go waste. Chefs need to learn to listen to the customers as to what they would like to eat and learn what is available out in the big wide world and vegetarian and vegan options as well.

We were forced to book a 2 story room when we put in that we would be staying as 2 adults 1 toddler and 1 infant, and ended up paying nearly double for a 2 story room, but the hotel staff said that was unnecessary and that we could have booked a single story room, but since we had booked from expedia, we were unable to change the room. Then we got food poisoning on 2 seperate occasions, and a lot of the ammenities were understaffed and we were told it was due to the holiday week in Turkiye, bur that shouldnt be my concern as i have paid a high premium.

Staff are friendly but in the buffet rushed off their feet. Buffet food variety isn’t great. A la cartes are good but not worth the extra cost. Hotel needs a refresh, carpets are stained, paint peeling, cracked tiles by the pool etc. A good budget holiday break but not an ultra all-inclusive resort.

Expedia advertises for five star hotel is a three star hotel. Don’t get fooled by that . I was so disappointed the food is not what I expected you don’t have much selection and the dessert is just a small portion on the buffet and the restaurants that they have on the resort, you have to pay extra to make a Reservation for each Restaurant that was another disappointing .the staff push you a lot too. Do a five star review for them. I times a day. They were coming up to me and telling me can you do a five star review I will never go back here very bad experience the reviews you see online is not true . I will say the staff tries very hard so you can give them a five star and they are very nice. I will say that no the resort is terrible. i’ve been to different resort in Antalya and I had a wonderful time everything was included says on the website not like here and a lot of food and very clean.
