"My husband and I went for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary and it was worth every penny. They upgraded us for free to a suite. The view was amazing, and the sound of the waves at night set a relaxing mood. We enjoyed the pool bar, and then had drinks and shisha at one of the restaurants when the pool closed at 7pm. We will definitely be back with our kids for a family staycation and get connecting rooms. Highly recommend. "

"Perfection! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. My husband collapsed while walking and needed to be taken to hospital. Management could not have been more accommodating. They did everything they could for him and were very helpful to me. Grace was especially helpful when I returned from hospital. She helped me order food, brought me drinks and even put slippers on my feet. May God shower you with blessings Grace. Jeannine Malwitz"

"Outstanding hotel only downside was the Mexican restaurant - so loud !! Not sure why the music hadn’t to be that loud - only ate there once and it was very expensive and average quality. Belgium bar next door was outstanding though so we just went there instead "

"I had a disappointing check-in experience at the hotel. As an Expedia gold member, I was expecting to receive an upgrade, subject to availability. Surprisingly, there was an available upgrade, but the hotel staff informed me that I needed to be a gold member with their specific program. I requested, at the very least, a room with a view, highlighting my status as an Expedia gold member. However, the receptionist signed me up for their membership, even though I already had a membership with...

"Super staff, enjoyable breakfast and good provision of food and drinks in lounge. Good access to Aqua park (which was fun) Do allow time to get your car brought up from the garage. Style is Disneyesque but for some that will be a plus "
