From the doormen and security personal, the concierge personnel, the citrus staff, and the hotel managers, the courteousness, attentiveness and warmth of the staff, was quite remarkable. Particularly citrus chef k ? who checked on guests and even made a batura for me when it wasn’t on the menu. Clearly excellence of citrus dining is fostered by his warm engagement of guests and attention to their needs. AST manager Kaur was also very gracious and attentive to guest needs. When there was an issue with my room, the room was promptly changed. In short, the Leela offers a wonderfully hospitable, restful & welcoming stay., especially for transiting guests. "
