"As per usual I was very impressed by my recent stay at my favourite hotel. Ramada has some of the best hospitality of any hotel of the size, location and rates on the Juhu area. The staff, from the reception team to the hygiene and upkeep crew are friendly, polite and helpful. "Easy check in, nice room but disappointing terrace as it was covered so no good for sunbathing also reroofing going on next to it so often workmen on the roof. Good food and drink options. The hotel was popular with families There were activities for children but not much for adults- would have liked aquarobics or Pilates . Luckily the weather was nice as there wouldn’t be much to do if it wasn’t "

"Nice pool great staff although during off season no beach activities and the transport outside hotel is extortionate and all part of taxi union so hotel has no say. Overall wasn’t much to do outside if hotel and I think Expedia should better explain facilities available. Personally I think the property is mis sold by Expedia and the problem is once you have booked through Expedia the hotel can’t do anything as you have paid Expedia.
