"Check in was exceptional with the host helping all our needs and even guiding me to the free car park which I’ve never seen in a city. The breakfast hosts was amazing chatted to my 4 year old and helped make a tray for my 12 year old daughter who wouldn’t get out of bed. The room was clean and comfy. Extra towels was provided and free fruit on offer. "

"This is a great hotel! Our room was clean, if we forgot anything they pretty much had us covered, great location near everything the tours we met at or just sightseeing. Our favorite was the electric blinds how noise canceling and blocked the light that we ended up sleeping in. Upstairs has a patio and bar just overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Nice hotel close to Disney with free shuttle service, however, the bathroom is inadequate compared to US. We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit and it only has one toilet and one shower. The room with the only toilet doesn’t even have a sink to wash hands…."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The gentleman from Ghana was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to ensure we got to Central Station. I did not get his name. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options, lots of shopping and places to walk to in that area. Also easy to get on public transportation. Great stay at this hotel!!!!"
