Lovely hotel very up to Taj standard staff couldnt do more for you

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, albeit for brief overnight business stopovers at Chennai. It is conveniently located near the IT Parks which I visit near Velacherry/ Taramani and not too far from the airport in a quiet area. However one must add that this is not near the actual city centre but at a convenient peripheral location. Lovely hotel in the centre of Chennai. Staff very welcoming and hotel in excellent condition. Their are some refurbishments taking place but this does not affect the guest in any way. \rooms are very spacious and have everything you need with plenty of bottled water supplied. Bathroom is clean and showers excellent. Food is either via a buffet or a la carte menu and both are excellent with a great choice all in all would thoroughly recommend

Everything was great except there were some delays in room service.

I have stayed at the Turyaa a number of times now and the staff are really very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very good and the food is to a very high standard. I will be staying again during my next work trip.

An potentially inconvenient but necessary overnight stay was turned into an unexpectedly enjoyable experience, all because of the most incredibly enthusiastic and responsive staff that I have ever come across.
