"To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. "Overall stay was good if you can manage the road noise through the night. There’s heavy construction going on at all times. If your room happened to face the main road, good luck sleeping after a long journey. I’m sure there are ways to build hotels with noise cancelling technology."

"Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants."
