"To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. It is conveniently located near the IT Parks which I visit near Velacherry/ Taramani and not too far from the airport in a quiet area. Lovely hotel in the centre of Chennai. Staff very welcoming and hotel in excellent condition. Their are some refurbishments taking place but this does not affect the guest in any way. \rooms are very spacious and have everything you need with plenty of bottled water supplied. Bathroom is clean and showers excellent. Food is either via a buffet or a la carte menu and both are excellent with a great choice all in all would thoroughly recommend
