"Booked with Expedia. Arrived at the hotel and was assigned a personal concierge. In addition we received a room upgrade. No complaints. Restaurant bookings were available and the buffet was well stocked and very tasty. The many pools were clean and where most spent the time. A lot of very comfortable outdoor seating to eat, relax and socialize. Staff were well trained to be representatives of the hotel. Definitely a stand out. This property and experience exceeded all of our expectations. Great spot for families to reconnect and make memories."

"Everything is lovely and I will certainly go back. It just might not be as high-end as some, and there was very limited bathrooms so if you are older and have trouble walking, this is not the place for you."

"The whole place is clean and beautiful, most of the staff is helpful and very friendly. The people trying to constantly sell you the package upgrade are VERY friendly. The food is Mid at best, if you want a good pastry forget about it. The pool is beautiful, and the water park looks fun but it all closes at 5pm so it's hard to enjoy if you are doing any excursions or tourism. But if you have any issues, booking schedules, dinner reservations or anything else, good luck. Noone knows what's going on, we were bounced around for hours going in circles being told to do one thing tomorrow to fix it, just to me told tomorrow... No that can't be done! However, they have no issues trying to sell you on the idea of spending 10's of thousands of dollars. On their "world class" resort. That in reality is not better than any cruise ship I've been on."
