It was a great property in the middle of night life. 1 thing to remeber when booking it says all inclusive but when we got there they said it wasnt and we had to pay extra if we wanted it

This hotel was disgusting and an extreme disappointment…. I’ll start with that for those who read only the first line of reviews (I do it too). But I have a laundry list of issues with this place so this might get long. First of all, the entire hotel has a MAJOR moisture issue. You don’t notice it in the lobby when you first walk in, which is where, it seems, they put all of their money into. But when you take the crappy elevator up to the A and B towers you are hit with the smell of mold and mildew once the elevator doors open. And the smell doesn’t go away when you enter your room. They’ve attempted to hide the water damage with paint, plaster and caulking to no avail. There is water coming out of the light fixtures and vents (pic attached), and when you use the shower and see all of the water stream down the side of the tub and flood the bathroom floor you see that this would be one of the contributing factors to the water damage. The water coming out of the bath and shower is very noticeably yellow (pic attached) Everything in the room is in decay, there is little to no attempt at maintenance. The balcony door was rusted and almost impossible to open (pics attached) When we went to bed, we quickly realized just how thin the walls were, you could hear everything… the hallways were very echoey and doors were slamming all night. We got zero sleep the night before we traveled back home. Breakfast buffet was awful, their idea of a breakfast meat is cut up hot dogs...

We checked into our room and it was dirty, dim and had a smell. We had to change rooms the next day but couldn’t get our room until after 3pm but they made us check out of current room by 12pm. So we was without a room for 3 hrs. We didn’t get anything we was promised like our robes, slippers, welcome amenities and even with the upgrade the room still has a smell. We was double charged at the fish bar and when we went back 30 mins later to confront the guy he acted as if he didn’t remember us. Overall this hotel gets a 3/10 because the views are amazing.
