"Great historic hotel in a lovely neighborhood of diplomatic missions in South Kensington. Historic & atmospheric lobby, great on-site restaurant for a quick or a proper sitdown meal & a well-stocked bar. Rooms are renovated and, while not spacious, are well-appointed with marble baths, excellent bath products & extras. Staff are super helpful and allowed a complimentary early check-in for a pair of tired travelers at 11 am. Extra blankets were provided promptly, as requested. Highly recommend."

"the hotel staff here was incredible. we get there to check our bags in and it was the kindest group of people. and my travel partner had a small medical issue and the staff went above and beyond to provide some medical supplies. the kindest and most wonderful people work at this hotel. the room was great. i cannot wait to stay here again. everyone from the bartenders to the room service staff? all incredible. i had a wonder stay here. Saish was helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the attractions and provided us with a unique insight into places to visit and how to best reach the different destinations over our five night stay.
