Conveniently located next to sentral station and Easily connects to sentral mall with many food options. Hotel gym was amazing. Best hotel gym I’ve been to. Transportation hub at sentral so public transit is the best option to get around the city.
Seems to be a busy thoroughfare due to the transit line.
View from room is awesome and room was decorated nicely
Landmark for service, hospitality and customer care for other hotels in the area
The service was impeccable. Superior to anything you'd get in Europe
Great location which is within walking distance to shopping areas, clean and spacious room, breakfast was however pricy and mediocre
Excellent services. Nearby mall.
It’s just ok. For a Westin, the Prata Chef at the Living Room on Monday turned down the cooker early even before the breakfast closes. We were there at 9:40am and when we requested for prata to be warmed up, he said that he can’t because the pan is already cold. Not service oriented. But the rest ...
Excellent. Clean, comfortable and the price is reasonable
Ambiance is good. The staff are very helpful specially jhuper.
Kuala Lumpur is a bustling metropolis that is home to some of the most affordable five-star accommodation in the world. There are not a lot of 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur, but the ones that are here are quite luxurious and great for those that want to spoil themselves.
There are less than 20 five-star hotels in KL city, with around half being in the Golden Triangle area. This should be of no surprise, as it is one of the most popular areas for travellers that have a bit more money to spend. There are also five-star properties in other areas of the city, including Chinatown and Bukit Bintang. Travellers that would prefer to stay in the suburbs will enjoy the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel or Hilton Petaling Jaya, among others.
Most of these upscale places to stay are luxurious brand name hotels with services and facilities to match, like Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur. There are very few independent five-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur, but they are no less extravagant than the rest. They all have a swimming pool, fitness facilities and a business centre, with some offering a tranquil spa, including Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur and JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
Restaurants and bars in some of these luxury KL hotels are known to be some of the best in the city, like those at The Westin Kuala Lumpur, Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Hilton Kuala Lumpur. For a more relaxing atmosphere, opt for accommodation further away from the city, like the Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside or The Club at The Saujana.
All 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur boast large rooms, most of which have spectacular views of the city. They are extremely comfortable, well-appointed properties that will not disappoint anyone that opts to stay in an upscale accommodation option in Kuala Lumpur.
