Very good service
This hotel is adjacent to one utama shopping complex. Makes it easier for me to go shopping at night without having to think about driving & finding a parking. The facilities are good although the food for breakfast is not that of good taste as to compare to other hotels around KL. The staff at the ...
Property, facilities and location excellent. The staff was outstanding! Had a great stay.
Comfy bed, nice cosy spacious design
Room services to slow
Room service was excellent. Food was good, the service was very good, they engaged my young daughter when she ask "where's the food"? Did a magic trick for her and presto the food came out from under neath the carriage.
The venue is convenient for air travellers. Very near train station that gives access toboth town and the airport. Rooms are clean. Service staff are polite, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet has a very good spread.
Close to Monorail, cheap shopping and conference hotel.
Beautiful hotel centrally located, especially good for shoppers.
Very nice property, very nice staff and well located right near (and with a terrific view of) the twin towers. Club room with club lounge access is a very good option.
Kuala Lumpur is a bustling metropolis that is home to some of the most affordable five-star accommodation in the world. There are not a lot of 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur, but the ones that are here are quite luxurious and great for those that want to spoil themselves.
There are less than 20 five-star hotels in KL city, with around half being in the Golden Triangle area. This should be of no surprise, as it is one of the most popular areas for travellers that have a bit more money to spend. There are also five-star properties in other areas of the city, including Chinatown and Bukit Bintang. Travellers that would prefer to stay in the suburbs will enjoy the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel or Hilton Petaling Jaya, among others.
Most of these upscale places to stay are luxurious brand name hotels with services and facilities to match, like Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur. There are very few independent five-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur, but they are no less extravagant than the rest. They all have a swimming pool, fitness facilities and a business centre, with some offering a tranquil spa, including Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur and JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
Restaurants and bars in some of these luxury KL hotels are known to be some of the best in the city, like those at The Westin Kuala Lumpur, Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Hilton Kuala Lumpur. For a more relaxing atmosphere, opt for accommodation further away from the city, like the Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside or The Club at The Saujana.
All 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur boast large rooms, most of which have spectacular views of the city. They are extremely comfortable, well-appointed properties that will not disappoint anyone that opts to stay in an upscale accommodation option in Kuala Lumpur.
