Great location and staff. The Horizon Club was superb.
Convenient to travel anywhere by their rail services, from KLIA direct express train about 40mins. Good breakfast. Very clean. Helpful and friendly hotel staff. Big clean room. Huge swimming pool, my son enjoyed it.
Had everything i needed, great stay, nice food, great friendly staff
Location and room views were amazing. The only down side was having to go up to the lobby to come back down but it wasn’t really a big deal
Pls have a air-con in skybar, expecially afternoon.
They are prompt and extremely quick in providing services. A hotel that goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Great location too. Love it.
24hr gym and pool table. very good service by hotel staff. however there is one night where the room service took a long time and came with wrong items.
Wonderful and helpful staff. Service is always prompt. The only issue is the lift, wait time is always long, a typical problem for hotels like this one
Was given room on the 40th floor, view was nice, TV channels availability were good, staff were friendly, helpful and prompt when help was needed with the heater problem in the apartment. Buffet breakfast was decent too. The not so nice stuff were the Super long wait for the lifts, up and down each ...
Kuala Lumpur is a bustling metropolis that is home to some of the most affordable five-star accommodation in the world. There are not a lot of 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur, but the ones that are here are quite luxurious and great for those that want to spoil themselves.
There are less than 20 five-star hotels in KL city, with around half being in the Golden Triangle area. This should be of no surprise, as it is one of the most popular areas for travellers that have a bit more money to spend. There are also five-star properties in other areas of the city, including Chinatown and Bukit Bintang. Travellers that would prefer to stay in the suburbs will enjoy the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel or Hilton Petaling Jaya, among others.
Most of these upscale places to stay are luxurious brand name hotels with services and facilities to match, like Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur. There are very few independent five-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur, but they are no less extravagant than the rest. They all have a swimming pool, fitness facilities and a business centre, with some offering a tranquil spa, including Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur and JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
Restaurants and bars in some of these luxury KL hotels are known to be some of the best in the city, like those at The Westin Kuala Lumpur, Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Hilton Kuala Lumpur. For a more relaxing atmosphere, opt for accommodation further away from the city, like the Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside or The Club at The Saujana.
All 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur boast large rooms, most of which have spectacular views of the city. They are extremely comfortable, well-appointed properties that will not disappoint anyone that opts to stay in an upscale accommodation option in Kuala Lumpur.
