Great value for money, staff professionalism, connected to excellent shopping mall
The room is clean. Nice view of KLCC. Will recommend to family and friends.
Loved every bit of our stay here! The luxurious hotel, the musicians playing through the day, the endless breakfast and the lovely rooms.
The mix of traditional and modern gives this hotel a unique flavour. All modern amenities in an ambience of traditional and valued serenity. What sets this hotel apart from others in this category, in my opinion, is the highly personalised standard of service one receives whether it is at front office, ...
The reception staff is nice with perfect smile. The staff at the lobby is helpful to show directions to nearby hotspots.
Location superb. Comfortable and friendly staff. Price high
Liked the rooms
Location is very convenient because just next to KLCC. I didn't quite like the smell of bath soap.
convenient location, friendly staff, the residence is a bit old, but spacious. the TV works fine, lots of closet space. the water in the tub was rusty/red. housekeeping was friendly, but not too thorough
Kuala Lumpur is a bustling metropolis that is home to some of the most affordable five-star accommodation in the world. There are not a lot of 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur, but the ones that are here are quite luxurious and great for those that want to spoil themselves.
There are less than 20 five-star hotels in KL city, with around half being in the Golden Triangle area. This should be of no surprise, as it is one of the most popular areas for travellers that have a bit more money to spend. There are also five-star properties in other areas of the city, including Chinatown and Bukit Bintang. Travellers that would prefer to stay in the suburbs will enjoy the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel or Hilton Petaling Jaya, among others.
Most of these upscale places to stay are luxurious brand name hotels with services and facilities to match, like Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur. There are very few independent five-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur, but they are no less extravagant than the rest. They all have a swimming pool, fitness facilities and a business centre, with some offering a tranquil spa, including Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur and JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
Restaurants and bars in some of these luxury KL hotels are known to be some of the best in the city, like those at The Westin Kuala Lumpur, Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Hilton Kuala Lumpur. For a more relaxing atmosphere, opt for accommodation further away from the city, like the Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside or The Club at The Saujana.
All 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur boast large rooms, most of which have spectacular views of the city. They are extremely comfortable, well-appointed properties that will not disappoint anyone that opts to stay in an upscale accommodation option in Kuala Lumpur.
