"Rooms in this hotel are owned by different companies and you have to meet a different person in the reception to get your key. First room we had was great but this one was not. We returned to this hotel as the first room was so good, only to find they are not all the same and some are really basic but cost the same price. We had no cups in the room for tea or coffee and only 1 fork to eat our food. The room was still dirty in places with dirty feet marks on walls and dust all over the ceiling...

"Really nice place and good location. Walking distance to bar street and Jalan Alor food street. Amazing view to Menars and Petronas towers. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was also very nice. Wifi was quite slow, but met my needs. Breakfast was average and there is a small shop at ground floor. Check in /out was fast and I didn’t face any problems. I would definitely com back to this accommodation."
